Biography

Rachel Prusynski, DPT, PhD, NCS is a physical therapist, board-certified specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy, and Assistant Professor in the University of Washington Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Rachel's research leverages large data to examine relationships between health policy, rehabilitation processes, and patient outcomes in post-acute care. Her recent publications have focused on the influence of Medicare policy on therapist staffing, therapy practice, and patient outcomes in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
