Adrian is trained in internal medicine, clinical epidemiology and cardiovascular research, with extensive experience (18+ years) in design, analysis, and publication of observational studies, randomized clinical trials, and meta-analyses. Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology. As of Jan 2025, Dr. Hernandez has 319 peer-reviewed publications in Pubmed and an H-index of 61.

Currently focused on clinical outcomes research, systematic reviews and meta-analyses of cohort studies and randomized controlled trials, clinical practice guidelines using GRADE methodology, and administrative claims database analyses.
