Biography

Currently I'm looking for Master/PhD Position in the discipline of Food Science and Nutrition. My research interests focus agriculture waste valorization, green food technologies, Clean Label Technologies, food security, and nutrition. Currently, I'm working on extraction of phytoconstituents from fruits and vegetables wastes. I've published extensive review and research papers on extraction of phytoconstituents employing green food techniques including sonication, maceration, pulsed electric field, cold plasma, supercritical fluid, microwave etc. I'm keen to utilize the extracted constituents of plants into edible commodities and enhance nutritional values to encompass nutrients related pathophysiological disorders.
