Chandan Kumar

Biography

Dr Kumar is serving as a foreign language instructor at the School of Literatures, Cultural Studies and Linguistics at the University of Illinois, USA, academic year 2023-24. I have been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English and Cultural Studies, Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India.
Mr Kumar earned his Ph.D. in Linguistics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India in 2020.
Dr Kumar's recent area of interest is nominal determination and the problem of the reference location. He has published a few papers on the related subjects. He teaches courses like Introduction to Linguistics, The Construction of Meaning, Language and Identity, etc.
