Nationally recognized, two of his tools, QOL-ACC and QCE-ACC, are implemented by the Australian Government to assess aged care quality. To date, Dr. Khadka has developed, validated, and implemented 15 different tools to measure quality of life and quality of care experience across vision, aged care, and health systems. With a notable portfolio of over 105 peer-reviewed publications and five research reports, including contributions to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, he has secured substantial Category A grant funding, exceeding $7 million. Dr. Khadka's work significantly influences aged care practices and policies in Australia.
