Biography
I'm a criminologist and PhD researcher with a background in psychology, criminology, and communication science. I have also been taught in law, sociology, victimology, and philosophy. What drives me is a desire to rethink, reframe, and better understand and respond to individuals and patterns in society. Particularly those that stray from the norm. I am deeply interested in people’s personal philosophies on life, as well as how people adapt, adjust, and overcome issues in an ever-changing world.
Subsequently, I find my studies and interests in forensics, psychology, victimology, criminology, ethics, and philosophy. I have a very wide set of skills that include, but are not limited to: research, academic writing, editing, administration, counselling, tutoring, journalism, critical thinking, and working with youth offenders and minorities.
