Biography

Dr. Apostolia Ntovoli is a Postdoctoral candidate in the field of "Sports and Recreation Services Management". She has consistently achieved academic excellence throughout her career. She earned her BSc, Med, MSc, and PhD degrees with high distinction from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, specializing in Sport Science, Physical Education, and Quality of Life and Sport,
Recreation and Sport Tourism Management in the field of sport
consumer behavior. Dr. Apostolia Ntovoli is a Lecturer in the program of PE and Sports Sciences at Frederick University and AUTH, teaching courses relevant to “Sport and Leisure Management” and “Sport Marketing”. She is also a Lecturer at numerous postgraduate programs in PE and Sport Science at AUTH, Hellenic Open University, and Metropolitan College with high student ratings. Furthermore, she is a member of the Laboratory of Management of Sports Recreation and Tourism of AUTH and she has published articles in international scientific journals, and book chapters, as well as in conference proceedings. She has also presented papers at numerous scientific, international, and local conferences, and has participated in a number of research projects. Her research interests focus on the investigation of consumer behavior in sports, sports tourism, leisure & recreation, and sport marketing. Finally, she has been a regular member of the Board of Directors of the National Sports Centers of Thessaloniki, and she worked in administrative positions in private exercise centers, sports associations, educational sports organizations, and sports media.
