Biography
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at Uppsala University, working as a beamline scientist at the SuperAdam instrument. My role involves the operation, maintenance, and development of the beamline, as well as independent research on magnetic thin layers.
I recently completed my PhD at the Institut Laue Langevin (ILL) and the University of Vienna, where I specialized in light and neutron diffraction in holographic gratings. My research focused on material advancements, theoretical model validation, and experimental methodologies, with key contributions to neutron optics. I explored new classes of nanocomposite-based holographic gratings for neutron diffraction applications, setting records in neutron scattering length density (SLD) modulation and contributing to the development of next-generation interferometric devices.
My work has involved collaborations with major research facilities, including the ILL and Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI). I have also introduced Bayesian inference techniques for diffraction data analysis from holographic gratings. I hold an MSc in Semiconductor Physics and Photonics from Grenoble Institute of Technology (INP-Grenoble, Phelma).
