Biography
Łukasz Dziuda is an associate professor at the Military Institute of Aviation Medicine in Warsaw. He received his PhD degree (2007) in optical sensing from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, and his DSc degree (2014) in biomedical optics from the Nalecz Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering, Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. He leads the research group whose activity aims at examining pilots and drivers with the use of advanced simulator platforms and assessing their capabilities by psychophysiological indicators. His interests mainly focus on the development of simulation techniques and measurement methods applicable in the areas of aviation medical certification, specialised military training and biomedical imaging.
