Biography

As lecturer, I have handling for any kind subjects such as Functional Food, Food Microbiology, Food Quality Control and Analyses, Food Safety and Hazard Analyses and Critical Control Point, and Scientific Writing. I have conducted nutritional and biochemical studies concerning the effective bioactive food compound to improve diabetic and metabolic disorders-related parameters using animal model. I have excellent skills in dealing with animal studies, measuring blood pressure of the animals, and DNA micro-array technique (nutrigenomic study). I had continued the same kinds of study, and my publication record was exceptionally good in international journals. I am good at the RT-PCR technique and excellent other biochemical, physiological techniques, and functional food functional experiments.
