Biography

I work as the Head of Farayand Sabz Engineering Company's Research and Development team. With more than 20 years of professional experience, I have proficient experience and technical knowledge in the following areas:
• Design and Revamp of Chemical Process Equipment and Plants
• Environmental Audit of Oil Refineries and Petrochemical Complexes
• Proposing Waste Reduction and Waste Treatment Solutions for Various Industries
• Review and Proposing Different Solutions for Reducing the Consumption of Resources with interest in Energy Consumption in Chemical Industry
• Process Design, Optimizing, Debottlenecking, and Equipment Troubleshooting
• Industrial Pyrolysis and Waste to Energy Solutions
• Multiphysics Phenomena Modeling
• Dynamic and Static Process Simulation
• Estimation of Thermo-Physical Property of Chemical Compounds
• Computer-Based Reaction Network Generation
• Thermal Process Simulation, Design and Best Operating Practices
I founded the XThermo Research Group in 2011 and have been acting as its executive director and senior researcher ever since. XThermo is a nonprofit scientific research group that chooses its research subjects based on the interests of its members and real-world industrial challenges within the domains of chemical, mechanical, and electronic engineering. The results of our research efforts have been comprehensively documented in numerous articles published in reputable scientific journals.
In addition to my role at XThermo, I have a keen interest in developing simulator packages using Object-Oriented Programming, specifically for chemical and petrochemical processes, as well as specialized multiphysics phenomena. My practical experience encompasses thermal radiation, with a focus on designing and simulating thermal cracking furnaces and process-fired heaters. Over the years, I have also dedicated my efforts to developing frameworks for chemical reactions, thermodynamics, and numerical calculations for simulator software and embedded systems.
