Biography

With over ten years of experience in academia, I am passionate about conducting and teaching management research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and practice in the field of management. I am currently a Lecturer (Management) in the School of Business & Law at Central Queensland University (CQU), Australia. Moreover, I have had the privilege of working as a Sessional Lecturer at CQU and RMIT University and as a Tutor at the University of Melbourne.
Prior to this role, I served as a Senior Lecturer at Taylor's University and held the esteemed positions of Assistant Professor, and Head of Research at Superior University, Pakistan.
My research endeavors span the domains of Management, HRM, Digitalization at Workplace, and Sustainable Entreprise. To date, I have successfully contributed over 75+ research articles to various top tier international journals. My research portfolio includes 50 publications in Web of Science, 51 in Scopus , 22 in ABS, and 22 in ABDC indexed journals (2A*, 7A, 5B, and 8C). This body of work has garnered significant recognition, reflected in my accumulated individual Impact Factor exceeding 180, accompanied by over 4500+ citations with h-index 31; i10-index 67. These metrics affirm my commitment to producing impactful and high-quality research within the academic community
