Biography
I am intrigued by how animals sculpt and mend their bodies. Some animals, such as the zebrafish, have exceptional regenerative capacities that help them overcome injuries and diseases. My research has focused on studying bone and cardiac tissues during development and regeneration. This type of research could help us develop important tools for human medicine.
