Biography
Mr Haris Ayub holds a degree of MSc. (Hons.) in Agriculture (Food Technology) from PMAS Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi. He also holds a Govt. scholarship throughout his Master degree. His research focuses on the effect of essential oil incorporated coatings on the stability of peach. His research interests include post-harvest technology, fats and oil technology, food preservation and food microbiology.
