Biography

Dr Marko Bencic is a Board certified pediatric surgeon. Dr Bencic is a PhD student at Belgrade University at Faculty of Medicine, working on his thesis on Female-to-Male Phalloplasty. Working at University Children's Hospital at Urology Department in Belgrade, Serbia.
Interested in pediatric and adult urology, reconstructive genital surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has been a member of Belgrade Center for Genital Reconstructive Surgery . Dr Bencic is a member of several international societies in the field of pediatric surgery, urology and transgender medicine (EUPSA, EPATH, SIU), and an author/co-author of many published articles and meeting abstracts. As a member of Belgrade team, he has been multiply awarded for presentations at various scientific meetings.
