Biography

Hicham Lahlou (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer at the English Language Studies Department, School of Humanities, Universiti Sains Malaysia. Hicham believes that practical teaching prepares students for their next step throughout the learning process and, therefore, for their future. This teaching philosophy intertwines with his prime research interests, including cognitive linguistics, semantics, corpus linguistics, scientific terminology, and education. Hicham and his family live in Penang, Malaysia.
