Biography

Senior researcher working for ENGYS srl as software developer for computational fluid dynamics problems, he specializes in numerical analysis and simulation and has expertise on the development of web applications for different worked problems in industrial and medical field. He was also responsible of an online computational web server for parametric blood flow in hemodynamics problems incorporating reduced order models, providing different web-applications on cardiovascular pathologies and hemodynamics problems. He gained his PhD at the Università degli Studi di Catania based on numerical methods for all Mach number flows for gas dynamics field. He held different teaching activities at the Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, where in particular he contributed to introduce a CFD course.
