Biography

Mingming Zhang was born in China in 1986. He obtained his B.S. degree in chemistry from Zhejiang University in 2007. Then he joined the laboratory of Prof. Feihe Huang at Zhejiang University and got his Ph.D. in supramolecular chemistry in 2012. Then he joined Prof. Younan Xia’s group at Georgia Tech for one year working on nanocrystal synthesis and tissue engineering. He spent the year from 2013 to 2015 in the laboratory of Prof. Lyle Isaacs at the University of Maryland, College Park focus on drug delivery based on acyclic cucurbiturils. During 2015 to 2017, he stayed is in Prof. Peter Stang's group at University of Utah working on metal-coordination chemistry applied in cell imaging, cancer therapy and light-emitting materials. Now he is a professor at School of Materials and Engineering in Xi'an Jiaotong University, China.
