Biography

Ph.D. (Cum Laude) (2023, University of Salamanca). He owns a Official Master's Degree in Teacher of Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, in the educational guidance specialty. Graduate in Pedagogy by the University of Salamanca.

He is currently a Substitute Professor in the Research Methods and Diagnosis in Education Area at the University of Salamanca, where he teaches subjects related to assessment, guidance, and research. He is also a researcher in the GRIAL group of the cited university.

He has obtained the Extraordinary Master Award (2020/2021), the Extraordinary Undergraduate Award (2019/2020), and has received a collaboration grant at the University Institute of Educational Sciences (2019/2020). He has developed his Doctoral Thesis in the assessment and technology field in the Doctoral Program Education in the Knowledge Society.

Alberto Ortiz-López is the author of several publications on quality models in Higher Education and technology-mediated assessment.
