Biography

Dr. Masaki Mori is an Associate Professor of Real Estate Finance at EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland. He possesses a wealth of international experience in the field, having held positions in Japan, the U.S., Singapore, the U.K., and Switzerland. Dr. Mori is widely recognized as a leading academic in the area of Real Estate, and prior to joining EHL, he held positions such as Associate Professor of Finance at International University of Japan, Assistant Professor at National University of Singapore, and Associate Professor of Real Estate Finance and Investment at University of Reading. He has served in various leadership roles, including Associate Dean of Graduate School of International Management of IUJ, Director of MSc Real Estate and MBA with Real Estate concentration at NUS, and Program Director of Master in Real Estate Finance at University of Reading. He has extensive teaching experience, having taught courses such as Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Funding, Real Estate Risk Analysis, Real Estate Securitization, Valuation of Hotel Investments, Investment, Portfolio Management, Derivatives Markets, and Debt Securities Markets to undergraduate and graduate students as well as business professionals. Dr. Mori has received several awards for his teaching excellence, including University-level and School-level awards at NUS. Additionally, he is a Fulbright Scholarship recipient.
