Biography

Shehan Tawsif achieved his Bachelor of Science (Honors) and Master of Science (Thesis) in Geography and Environmental Studies from University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He joined Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet-3114, Bangladesh on 04 January, 2024 in the Department of Geography and Environment. Currently, he is working on several research projects and supervising research students for contributing to the research arena. Co-authorship was acknowledged in the publication of four research publications and nine conference proceedings.

He is keen to further his academic career in Geography, environment, disaster management, adaptation, urban environment management and GIS-related scientific research in conjunction with top-to-bottom organizations, academics, and government authorities.
