Biography

Dr Tamara Wolinska has a DMD, DDS in dentistry (1989-1995). In 2016 she defended her Ph.D. thesis in periodontology. Since 2012 the subject of scientific interest and research has been the study of the microbiome in patients with inflammatory diseases of periodontal and peri-implant tissues, the use of regenerative techniques in the non-chemical treatment of periodontitis, peri-implant mucositis, and peri-implantitis. He is one of the developers of the Stomatoflor test system for real-time PCR and assessment of periodontal pocket microbiota.
He is currently a founder and lecturer of Perioschool, where he conducts lectures and hands-on advanced training courses on periodontal and peri-implant tissue management for Ukrainian and international clinicians.
Founder and Vice-President of the Ukrainian Academy of Periodontology from 2016 to 2021.
Since 2017 founder and doctor of Lumiere Dental Clinic, Kyiv, Ukraine
