Amanda Rivera Vidal, engaged in research, teaching and practical work on earthen architecture and technologies. Phd candidate of the Dottorato di Ingegneria Civile e Architettura at the Università degli studi di Cagliari (Italy) and Tecnología de la Arquitectura, de la Edificación y del Urbanismo at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (Spain), master in Cultural Heritage at the Catholic University of Chile, earthen Architecture Post-Graduate Diploma at the CRATerre laboratory ENSAG (France), and degree in architecture from the Universidad del Bío-Bío in Concepción (Chile). Academic of School of Architecture in the University of Talca, Chile. Teacher at de Diploma of Earthen Construction in the Catholic University of Chile and at the University of Santiago. Member of the Iberoamerican network PROTERRA, ICOMOS-Chile, expert member of ICOMOS-CIAV and Vice-president of ICOMOS-ISCEAH.
