Biography

A. John Kanellopoulos, MD, is Director of LaserVision.gr Institute in Athens, Greece. Also practices in New York City and is Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology, New York University Medical School, in NYC. He has trained with fellowships in Cornea, Keratoprosthesis and additionally, Glaucoma. He pioneered mini-incision laser cataract surgery, collagen cross-linking for ectasia and LASIK prophylaxis, in over 100 peer-reviewed papers, book chapters and a prolific number of presentations at each year’s International Ophthalmology meetings
