Biography

Hai-Ning is a Professor of Computing. His main research interests fall in the broad area of human-computer interaction, focusing on virtual/augmented, visualization, and gaming technologies. He has published widely in highly rated journals and conferences in these areas, such as ACM ToG, ACM ToCHI, ACM IMWUT, IEEE TVCG, ACM CHI, IEEE VR, IEEE ISMAR.

Hai-Ning is also the founding head of the Department of Computing at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The Department is vibrant, dynamic, young, and fast-growing where we emphasize student experience, quality of teaching, and excellence in research.
