Biography

Master and PhD in Sciences (Morphology and Genetics) from Federal University of São Paulo / UNIFESP (2008). Degree in Biological Graduate in Biology from the Catholic University of Salvador (1994). Coordinator of the Specialization Course in Human Cytogenetics at UCSal (2003-2009), Technical and Scientific Responsible at DNA Laboratory Center for Genetics and Molecular Biology (2000-2009). Currently, Associate II Professor at the Federal University of Bahia - UFBa, Master and Doctoral Advisor of the Graduate Program in Interactive Processes of Organs and Systems at UFBA. Research in the field of Medical Genetics, with an emphasis on Cytogenomics, Genetic Diagnosis of Congenital Anomalies, Intellectual Disability, Sexual Development Disorders and Conjugal Infertility. Member of the Brazilian Society of Medical Genetics.
