Cosmin Silviu Raul Joldes, PhD. is Associate Professor at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Business and Economics, Romania, Department of International Business and Economics.

He holds a specialization in International Business (PhD in Business Strategy, distinction Magna Cum Laude), his main research interests being Business Strategy, Business Development, International Business and Business Negotiations.

With more than 20 years of international business experience in Training & Consulting industry, as well as a Senior Consultant, Trainer and Coach his main responsibility is to sustain companies in developing their business through organizational development programs: strategy clarification projects; organizational culture interventions; trainings of leadership & sales; coaching, mentoring and group dynamics programs.

Cosmin Silviu Raul Joldes is a certified in Human Synergistics methodology (instruments for diagnosis and organizational development that aim at aligning the organizations at their strategic goals), Hogan Assessments, SDI - Strengths Deployment Inventory, Miller Heiman / Korn Ferry training programs, Executive Coaching methodology developed by John Whitmore.
