Biography

Khairul Anuar bin Mohamad is Senior Lecturer/Researcher at UTHM. His research background is mainly focusing on semiconductor device and fabrication for organic-inorganic devices and applications such as non-volatile memory and optoelectronic. Besides that, his innovative field of interests is in the area of data-driven solution and technology by development and application of sensor and system integration using IR4.0 platform especially in corrosion control and cathodic protection system. He joined UMS in June 2002 as a tutor. Driven to improve his knowledge, he continued his studies at the Master level in 2004 and PhD level in 2008. Upon returning home with a PhD degree, he was appointed as a Senior Lecturer in October 2011. In December 2017, he decided to join UTHM and currently serve at Department of Electrical Engineering. He was a Principle Researcher at Microelectronics and Nanotechnology Shamsuddin Research Center (MiNT-SRC) until March 2022. He is also a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
