Biography

With 12 years of experience as a manufacturing and project manager, i have gained expertise in managing projects and leading production and technical teams to achieve production, safety and quality KPIs. Throughout my career I have gained experience in managing operational teams in the fertilizers, FMCG, pharmaceutical, electronics, electrical and civil industries. I have led process improvements and large size projects (10M$) for the biggest companies in Israel including TEVA, ICL-Group, and 3M.

I am highly analytical and data driven and Six Sigma Black Belt , with new technology implementation and strong experience exceeding KPIs by using TPS methodology.
Above all, my strength lies in my wide ranging, hand on experience with both the company’s and the customer’s sides, as an engineer and manager in the heavy chemical industry, and a technical support and sales rep in 3M, I can bring a broader perspective to the production, engineering and project management, a more innovative and employee focused way of leadership, and a deep understanding of business growth and profitability.
