Biography

Post-doctoral researcher studying bacterial and bacteriophage genomics at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. I aim to develop experimental and bioinformatic procedure to improve microbiota-targeted interventions and also to accelerate research regarding bacteriophages and microbiome in general. I am also interested in the role of bacteriophages on bacterial host virulence and biology in general. Dynamics and interplay of phages with bacterial populations is a topic of great interest to me.
