Biography
I am an academic with a background in radiation therapy, with a long standing professional interest in workplace learning and workforce redesign. Research activities have focused on the radiation therapy student and practitioner learning experience, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation, using mixed methods and qualitative approaches. A doctoral thesis was completed to investigate the implementation of radiation therapy advanced practitioners in Australia using a grounded theory methodology.
