Biography

I am a research assistant whose area covers the exploration of natural products for their biological activities using biological assays and computational tools. I probe the mode of action of small molecule inhibitors against validated protein targets using molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations. My current research deals with the design of effective antimicrobial peptides using computational techniques and testing them against a panel of microorganisms.
