Biography

Kihwan Choi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering, and the M.S. degree in statistics from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Artificial Intelligence, Seoul National University of Science and Technology (Seoultech), Seoul, South Korea. His current research interests include convex optimization, machine learning, medical imaging, computer vision, and artificial intelligence.
