Biography

Graduated in Biomedicine from Centro Universitário Jorge Amado (UNIJORGE). Currently, Master's student in Biotechnology in Health and Investigative Medicine - Pgbsmi from Fiocruz - Instituto Gonçalo Moniz. Worked on the Senai Cimatec Vaccine Project by CNPQ as DT-I C: Phase I and II clinical studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a new vaccine candidate for COVID-19 formulated in a nanoparticle carrying Replicon RNA (repRNA) self-replicating (2023). He worked in Scientific Initiation at SENAI Cimatec in the area of ​​research in the production of the RepRNA/LION formulation with variants of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein (2021-2022). He worked at the Central Laboratory - Hospital Jorge Novis as part of the mandatory supervised internship I and II in the area of ​​Clinical Analysis (2022). She worked as a Monitor for the General and Metabolic Biochemistry discipline at Centro Universitário Jorge Amado (2021). Served as Communication Director of the Academic League of Biomedicine with Multidisciplinary Extension (2020). Experience in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Cell Cultivation and Biotechnology, focusing on the production of DNA, RNA, replicon RNA, recombinant proteins, PCR, immunological assays ( Western Blotting, ELISA), gel electrophoresis, affinity chromatography.
