Biography

Prof. JEONG received his bachelor's degree in computer science from KAIST and his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees from Korea University's Law School.
He is researching IPR and computer information law with a focus on ICT and is leading new technological issues such as AI, NFT and metaverse.
He is currently a commissioner of the President's National Intellectual Property Committee and has served as a commissioner of the Korea Copyright Commission.
He has multiple awards, including the Intellectual Property Leaders’ Award in commemoration of Intellectual Property Day in 2019.
