Biography

M.Gaussyah, born in Banda Aceh on December 20, 1974, completed my undergraduate education at the Law Faculty of Syiah Kuala University, completed a Master's Degree at Padjadjaran University, and Doctoral Programe at Indonesia University. Serving as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law Unsyiah since 1 March 1999 in the field of constitution. I am also active in several research and research institutes, including the Center for Police Science Studies Unsyiah and Police Expert Team in the field of Police Bureaucracy Reform. I am as a research consultan on developing Police Governance Index for Indonesian National Police. Many publications related the police and human rights issues are published in Journal and books.
