Biography

Professor Md. Hazrat Ali, born in 1958 in Manikgonj district, demonstrated a consistent pursuit of academic excellence throughout his career. Passing his SSC (Science group) examination in 1975 and HSC (Science Group) in 1977 with commendable results under the Dhaka Board, he furthered his education by securing first division in the Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Technology) examination in 1980 (held in 1982) under BTEB. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Degree from Bangladesh Institute of Technology, Dhaka (Now DUET) in 1986 (held in 1989) with first-class honors and ranking third in order of merit, he displayed exceptional academic prowess. Subsequently, he received an OIC scholarship for his Masters of Science in Technical Education, specializing in Electrical Engineering, and graduated with a Master of Science in Technical Education Degree from Islamic University of Technology (IUT) in 2002, achieving a remarkable CGPA of 4.47 and securing the second position. Building upon his achievements, he successfully completed his Ph.D. from Jahangirnagar University in 2023, specializing in nanoparticles within the Department of Physics.
