Biography

Ms. Janice Ley Pacete is currently the Program Chairperson of the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management of Olivarez College. She finished her Baccalaureate degree in Tourism Management at Airlink International Aviation College. With her continuous pursuit of academic excellence, she also earned her second baccalaureate degree in Nursing, as well as her Masters's degree in Business Administration at Olivarez College. Currently, Ms. Pacete is a candidate for the degree of Doctor in Business Administration in the same institution.


Apart from her full-time work in the academia, Ms. Pacete is also the immediate Past President and current Treasurer of the Philippine Association of Researchers in Tourism and Hospitality (PARTH) - South Manila Region, a Certified Trainer of TESDA Contact Center Services NC II, and a resource speaker in different events and seminars for tourism, hospitality, and business.

Her career experiences include working as an Events Specialist, Travel Agency consultant, Quality Assurance Lead in several BPO companies for over 8 years, Contact Center NCII trainer for TESDA in Olivarez College, and Training Manager at The Residence Maldives. She is also a holder of a Certification of Hotel Professional by the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Professionals in London, United Kingdom.
