Biography

Jinan Issa, an esteemed academician presently serving as an EAP professor at the English Language Institute, Fanshawe College, has played a crucial role in advancing the realms of higher education, TESOL, teaching and learning quality, and academic acculturation. With an outstanding academic background, she holds distinguished MEd and Ph.D. degrees in Education/TESOL, receiving high distinctions. Notably, she was honoured with the University's Gold Medal in recognition of her exceptional academic achievements.
Boasting more than 15 years of expertise in teaching and research across various global locations such as the MENA region, Malaysia, and Canada, Dr. Issa brings a rich and varied professional history. Throughout her doctoral studies, she engaged in an international project spanning Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, and South Korea, earning recognition with the University's Gold Medal for exceptional academic accomplishments.
