Biography

Laís Oliveira Leite holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology (Brazil and Germany) and a Master degree in Education (Finland). Laís is currently doing her PhD studies in Education at the University of Eastern Finland, with her research interests comprehending professional agency, teacher professional development, teacher education, and research methods.
Laís has been working as a researcher in various education projects at the University of Eastern Finland since 2018, with experience in writing funding application, developing education resources and staff training.
Since 2020, Lais is an education consultant at the Finnish company Eduix and has focused her work on marketing & sales, project coordination, and funding application.
