Biography

My teaching experience encompasses a range of theory courses, including Geographical Information Systems, Introduction to Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, SQL Server, Networking, Oracle Portal Server, Fundamentals of RDBMS, E-Business, Web Applications Development, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Systems.

I have actively contributed to the design and development of new courses such as "Web Applications Development," "Electronic Commerce," "Project Management," "Enterprise Systems," "Business Analytics," "Business Intelligence," and "Geographical Information Systems".

Systems that I use to teach include Microsoft Office, SAP S/4HANA, CELONIS, SAS VIYA, Microsoft Power BI, and ArcGIS, among others.

My research interests revolve around Natural Language Processing (NLP), Analytics, Business Process Management, and Education.
