Biography

I am an experimental physicist in High Energy Physics, and I am currently working on the detection of gravitationnal waves in the Virgo collaboration. In the past, I have been working on physics beyond the standard model (supersymmetry), Higgs boson and top quark physics within the DELPHI experiment at LEP (PhD in 2001), the D0 experiment at the Tevatron (2001-2010) and the CMS experiment at the LHC (2011-2016). I was Deputy Director of Institut de Physique Nucléaire de Lyon (2011-2015) before joining the IN2P3 management team in January 2016 for 5 years, first as Scientific Director for particle and hadronic physics (2016-2018) and then as Deputy Director (2019-2020).
