Biography

Qiu Wei is currently a Research Fellow at the Centre for Applications of Teaching & Learning Analytics for Students (ATLAS) under the Institute of Pedagogical Innovation, Research and Excellence (InsPIRE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She received the Ph.D. degree with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), NTU, Singapore in 2024, the M.Sc. in Analytics with the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS), NTU, Singapore, in 2016 and the B.Eng. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2015. Her research interests is learning analytics, in particular grade prediction and at-risk student detection using machine learning/deep learning algorithms.
