Biography

Thang Duy Dao started his research career as a researcher at Institute of Physics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST). Since 2012, he worked at the International Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics (WPI-MANA), National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) in Japan. He received his doctor degree in materials science from Nara Institute of Science and Nanotechnology (NAIST) in 2015. After working as a postdoctoral fellow and a JSPS fellowship at NIMS, he is currently a staff scientist at Silicon Austria Labs GmbH (SAL) in Austria. His research interests include nanoplasmonics, nanophotonics and MEMS sensors.
