Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences, University of Jyväskylä and the Docent in Paediatric Exercise Physciology at the Institute of Biomedicine, University of Eastern Finland. My research covers the relationships between physical activity, dietary factors, fitness, fatness, metabolic syndrome, vascular health, cognition, academic achievement, and mental health in children and adolescents.
