Biography

I am a passionate and dedicated researcher, driven by the curiosity of unraveling molecular mechanisms underpinning rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMD). I have a strong interest in epigenetic mechanisms driving gene expression in RMD, with a special focus on studying stromal cells. I have established my own research group with the particular interest in studying the role of epigenetic reader proteins in RMD. Another focus is the analysis of pathomechanisms underlying the Sjögren`s syndrome.
