Personal information

Biography

I am currently a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Wisconsin in the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Facility at Madison (NMRFAM) under the guidance of Prof. John Markley. My work focuses on NMR and MS-based metabolomics, high throughput screening, and NMR-based structural/functional genomics.

I completed my Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of Nebraska in the research group of Prof. Robert Powers. My work focused on using NMR spectroscopy, high-throughput screening, molecular docking, and bioinformatics to functionally annotate proteins and identify new therapeutic targets for drug discovery. Prior to graduate school, I had worked for five years at MDS Pharma Services (now Celerion) in both the clinical and bioanalytical divisions.
