Biography

TETSUSHI UETA received the B.E., M.E., and D.E. degrees fromTokushima University, Tokushima, Japan, in 1990, 1992, and 1996, respectively. Since 1992, he has been with the Department of Information Science and Intelligent Systems, Tokushima University.
From 1998 to 1999, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Houston. Since 2009, he has been a Professor with the Center for Administration of Information Technology, Tokushima University. His research interest includes bifurcation problems of dynamical systems. He is a fellow of IEICE.
