Biography
Dr Joshua Rumo Arongo Ndiege has over 16 years of university experience including five years heading the Departments of Computing at United States International University – Africa (three years) and University of Eastern Africa, Baraton (two years). Currently, Ndiege is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at United States International University, Africa. Ndiege’s research interest is largely in the areas of Knowledge Management, Development Informatics, ICT4D, SMEs, IT Adoption and Business Informatics. He has authored and coauthored a number of refereed journal articles and conference papers. He is a reviewer for academic journals including South African Journal of Information Management, Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems and African Journal of Information Systems. Ndiege has supervised a number of postgraduate students and acts as an external examiner for Masters and PhDs for a number of universities in South Africa and Kenya. He has been a member of several university wide committees such as the Senate, Educational Effectiveness Committee and Academic Standards Committee amongst others. Ndiege hold a PhD in Information Systems, a Masters in Commerce (Information Systems) and a Masters in e-Commerce.
