Biography

Dr Safaa is a postdoctoral and PhD graduate in Mechanical/Biomaterials Engineering from the University of Teknologi Malaysia. His research focuses on the design and development of novel biomaterials and their related applications. Currently, he is working as an associate professor and program coordinator at the Management and Science University, Shah Alam, Malaysia. Dr. Safaa is a registered professional engineer in a number of engineering associations and societies and has more than 12 years of experience in biosensor/materials design and implementation. He is the author of more than 120 research articles published in well-known and highly impacted journals. He has also been awarded a number of special, gold, silver and bronze medals in many innovations and innovative national and international engineering and technology exhibitions. He is also an editor and reviewer in several well-Known journals and publishers.
